I say it may just be the volume because the radio will still find stations and you can even hear them if you turn the volume up to max, but it is very faint. Thought it may have been the speakers, but the CD player still works.LEts test the speakers then. To be sure, post the VIN so we can make sure you do not have an amp. After several reprogramming attempts and software upgrades, wiring harness cleanings, ground wire checks, 2 new radios and one new touch screen, it wasn't actually either, It was called a Low voltage cable.2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD that has radio that has no audio intermittently.
