Eleonora's is a blender now. The Ash of War is decent, but I'm not impressed about anything else with the weapon, even with very high DEX/ARC investment. Yes the scaling is very low and passive bleed also sucks. Looks like they count Eleonora's Poleblade as an S-tier arcane weapon... and I honestly don't see why. It felt pretty underwhelming due to its low damage output and blood buildup(it has like 57 buildup on +6 while godskin poleblade+7 is 87). Its weapon art is decent and good at staggering but too slow IMO.
