So I have had similar issues, I know the mod duplicator works just fine with the pink slime, I would suspect that the Ender IO powered spawner would also work as well. I just mass produced the mob duplicator, it is the best way that I know of other than pumping liquids out of dimensions and casting them for the singularities. Some stuff doesn't have a liquid form so the only thing to do is to use the duplicators. The cosmic meatballs, and ultimate stew I just did manually, a stack at a time.
