Seasonal Convenience Plan. I called and signed up for seasonal hold on October 23 to be effective Nov. 1, 2023 - May 15, 2024. I was told I was enrolled. My November bill is for the full amount, not the seasonal amount. When I called customer service I was told I did not qualify because I had a previous seasonal hold that started.
