SONAF is still good, as it should be for a weapon cast that long and a flame wave that can't even hit an enemy if you're half an inch above its head or on an incline. You don't have to build around Moonveil at all which is why it's so particularly powerful for sorcery builds. Don't even have to push endurance because moonveil isn't heavy.
