So I guess I need to find a WD45 oil pump to make this right. This was discussed a few months ago. It will hurt nothing to use that pump in your tractor as long as long as it's a 10 tooth to match the wd45 cam. It must be because it was already in there. They stopped making the 45 pump so that is a replacement pump.

Regular 10W30 oil is what we use, When we got our tractors we went to an Allis dealer who has been around for nearly 70yrs and they said use 10W30 because it gives the best lubricating properties. Thanks. yes the AC-45 plug works the best; but the 35 gap is to big' works the best at less then 30' like 28 is more like it on a wd or wd45 d17 an so on little hotter worked better fore me on working tractors. My WD & 45 have had AC45's forever gapped at .035.Never had a problem. All I'm saying is,it works for me.The other 85% of the oil goes to the bearings, etc. If you have a OLD filter that is partly plugged with dirt, crud, etc .. it might only let 10% leak off so you would get 90% of the oil going to the bearings and that might be an extra 1-2 psi on the gauge.
