However, Twilight Menu doesn't save my progress despite saying ingame that it has been saved. Everytime I exit out a game it makes me start from the very beginning and doesn't recognize any save files that may or might've not been created. Is there a way to fix this? I recently homebrewed my 3DS, and one of the things I added was TWiLight Menu++, and I wanted to play a randomized Pokemon HeartGold rom via the launcher. Clean roms obviously have issues because of AP measures, a clean, non randomized AP rom seems to work fine, and some AP roms I've tried don't work at all.

I tried that also, but loaded up to a white screen. This is how I have the files on the SD card. In the Old firmware folder, holds the OG firmware for the card. In the YSMenu folder holds the YSMenu R4 & TTMenu dat files. I have both those folders for backup.
