The COMAT is a joke compared to Uworld in terms of question difficulty. The only thing that makes it hard is the vague and poorly worded questions and bizarre topics they’ll test you on. I think I had like 5 rheum questions and had to guess on 3-4 of them.

FM is a lot of screening and preventative care (know vaccines, age of screening, etc) but it definitely helps to have IM before. That’s the order of rotations I had and it helped out a ton. I would recommend Rosh for EORs and Uworld for final PANCE review. Uworld has longer questions better for building time management compared to Rosh IMO. No matter which one you use, both are great study tools for PANCE alone or together!
