For actual gameplay, my preference is the UNP body. No fancy addon for boob physics, massive boobs, gigantic bums, or the like. I use SG Textures Renewal. It looks great, and reasonably believable in skyrim. There are loads of great armour mods, it has a reasonably small footprint resource-wise, and it's UV mapping is hugely superior to CBBE's.

CBBE is supposed to look smoother, though I honestly can’t tell the difference. Also, UNP has more “bones” and so can be morphed in a few ways that CBBE can’t.
