BOTW is better in Cemu, it’s a weird edge case that will always run better. That said, yes, BOTW has been improved massively over the last few months and now works with the Vulkan renderer which is much faster. Keep in mind that BOTW in Yuzu lacks all of the frame rate and graphics adjustments you can get in Cemu.

I had to open yuzu in steam desktop, then open speaker on the desktop bottom right menu. click applications and Yuzu is muted by default. I unchecked mute and booted back into steam deck game OS.
