However, after riding a while on semi-shaded 2 lanes @ 45-55 mph in 5th gear on a day that is 70*-80* I believe my motor is getting all the air it needs to stay cool--then come to a red light and as soon as I am at idle the EITMS kicks in. As we all know the 2007 and later 96", 103" & 110" engine is a VERY HOT running engine and the heat coming off the engine and exhaust pipes is a very common complaint.
