68 is currently two 3 hour evenings per week with the occasional Saturday.. I believe 113 is the same. The director of 113s apprenticeship is about to retire and the new director may change things up. If you are deciding between the two, 68 has work and a $44 an hour pay currently. 113 is $34 an hour and most of their guys travel.
