260 backhoe boom pin stuck. The main pin in the up down movement of the boom at the base closes to the swing frame is stuck. It froze up inside the swing frame. It froze up so bad it sheared the bolt that retains the pin on the boom. I thought a hardened punch in place of the bolt would rotate it. Nope.
