So, content and choosing safe answers is key to passing. My scores for the individual topics were: Adult health: 78%. Child health: 74%.

I know it's difficult to shake off self doubt for the NCLEX, but scoring consistent H to VH on the Archer assessment will definitely build confidence in your chances of passing the NCLEX.
