This is interesting. I updated to latest Atmosphere via the SD Setup website (this is how I've always done it). They bundled Hekate 5.6.2, and I had been using NS-Usbloader 5.0. Note that Hekate and Atmosphere have their own sigpatches. The ones for Hekate are in the bootloader folder and the sigpatches for Atmosphere are in the atmosphere folder.
