My character has slept in the same bed with wife and heir every night since the heir arrived. Heir is now walking and achievement has not dropped.Stamina is definitely lower. If you build something close to it - it will despawn an never respawn on that spot, but it may take a game year for it to poof. My experience too. I built close to the campsite, and it despawns. Thanks for the replies. So i just wait a year then it should disappear great.
