I still haven't figured out how to use it. Unlock it, equip it in the plus system, switch to it in game with plus system and press x on pc or d pad on console. I do wish the launcher was a bit more accurate at longer ranges. It veers off to the right or left anytime I try to hit a sniper nest with smoke.
